Artist Statement :
I am an Anaesthesiologist by profession and have made a late entry into the world of arts and painting. Since traveling is my passion I pick up nuances from different people in different places and put them in colours on the canvas. My profession in anesthesia allows me to explore the consciousness and the unconsciousness and the grey areas of the time phase in between. So all the art and the science of the mind comes together on my canvas when painting a particular frame. The freedom of mind and the colours of the imagining brain is seen in the movements of the figures in acrylic or oil paintings.
