Terms & Conditions : Poster with Slogan Contest

  • This contest is open for students studying in schools and colleges located in the state of Maharashtra.
  • The participants are expected to create a poster design along with a slogan to highlight the contest theme.
  • The slogan can be written in English / Hindi / Marathi.
  • The artwork and slogan concept must be an original idea and should not violate any provision of the Indian copyright act, 1957.
  • The entry should not have been published previously in any print and digital media.
  • The winners and the shortlisted participants will be required to share their consent to the use of their names in any publicity carried out by the Department of Income Tax without any further compensation.
  • All decisions related to short listing of entries and prizes will be taken by the contest organizers and no queries or representations in this regard will be entertained.
  • Any medium can be used to create the artwork. This will include pencils, color pencils, sketch pens, ballpoint pens, gel pens, poster colors, oil pastels, watercolors, acrylic colors, pen & ink.
  • Artworks created using digital tools and software are allowed.
  • Photographs are not allowed.
  • The prize winners will be required to send the original artwork in good condition.
  • All entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, relevance to the theme and composition.
  • The award winning posters/slogans will remain the property of the Income Tax Department.
  • The original artworks may be digitized for use by the Income Tax Department or for display at offices of the Income Tax department. The original artworks sent will not be returned and no payment will be made for the original artworks sent.
