Colors of Onam, Memories of Chechi: This painting is my ode to Onam, a vibrant celebration that echoes the spirit of Kerala. Dedicated to my Chechi, who I unexpectedly crossed paths with to discover she's my long-lost elder sister. The canvas bursts with the hues of the festival, mirroring the kaleidoscope of emotions that swept over me during that serendipitous meeting. From the floral carpets to the grand feast, each detail pays homage to the richness of Onam and the newfound bond with my sister. It's more than a painting; it's a visual diary of a chance encounter turned into family ties, filled with the warmth of Kerala and the love of a sister I never knew I had.
