This is a painting of the moon from the perspective of space. Although we generally do not see such skyscrapers from space I wanted to add that special touch of my imagination as I love huge and tall buildings. I was inspired to paint this half moon when I was learning about the phases of the moon. I usually do not see the half moon in most paintings as much as I see the crescent moon. So I thought that I give it a shot at painting it myself.
