Themes : Forest and Wildlife

Forests are our lifeline, they are our hope. Forests protect the earth and its climate. Forests are essential for our survival. The challenge of dwindling forest cover due to population explosion and human greed pose grave danger to the climate than ever before. Forests ensure diversity of species and create a balanced ecosystem where all kinds of plants, trees, animals and birds coexist.

It is this diversity and balance of the ecosystem that we need to learn from forests and its inhabitants.

Khula Aasmaan urges children and young adults to visit forests regularly and experience the wonderful diversity and balance of the ecosystem that it presents.

Children (5 to 15 years) can submit Sketches & Drawings, Paintings, Cartoons, Collage, whereas young adults (15 to 25 years) can submit Sketches & Drawings, Paintings, Cartoons, Comic Art, Posters, Doodles, 3D Art on paper, Photographs (camera and cellphone), Digital Art (any artwork created using digital tools).
