Remarks

I have made this piece on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi and as it signifies the Indian culture and heritage , then I thought to paint it in the Indian folk art style called Madhu Bani style to promote the Indian folk art forms because Indian artist these days are using the Western medium, western techniques and even following the western art and Indian art is losing itself so there s great to need to let people know by such small efforts and I have contributed a little bit from my side.

This painting by young artist Anjali Bhagat (18 years), Shortlisted in Khula Aasmaan art competition for young adults for October to December 2022.
