Remarks

When Ganesha obstructed the entry of Lord Shiva, his angry father cut down Ganesha's head with Trishul .To curb the anger of Mata Parvati after seeing her headless boy, lord Shiva placed an elephant's head in him .Mata Parvati is pampering her son taking him in her lap.

This painting by child artist Janisha Chatterjee (11 years), received a Shortlist in Khula Aasmaan painting competition for children for September 2021.
