Remarks
Reconstruction of the Isthar Gate in the Pergamon Museum ( Germany ). This gate was the eighth gate to the inner city of Babylon. It was construction by order of king Nebuchandnezzer II. It walls were finished in glazed bricks mostly in blue with animals like dragons,bulls,lions ,symbolizing the goats Marduk, Adad & Ishter respectively.
